We welcome you to the 16th Annual Claims Conference of Northern California. Success in any venture comes through diligence, determination, and a lot of hard work. The path behind us, while bringing us to where we are today, can do no more. Moving forward we must rely on knowledge from lessons learned along the way, with eyes wide open for the direction of our next steps. Striving for new knowledge enables us all to continue to learn and grow, and is our best resource for reaching new peaks.
It is with that notion in mind that the 16th Annual CCNC Planning Committee works to achieve our own new heights with regard to the value and overall success of our 2009 conference and trade show September 10-11, 2009.
New opportunities present themselves most often in the face of change and adversity. The 2009 CCNC aims to present all our attendees with tools to make the most of opportunities as they may present themselves to you.
We welcome your feedback and involvement in the process, and invite you to absorb as much valuable information as you can; from the seminars and eduational sessions, to the contacts and information you may gain with our exhibitors and sponsors within the two-day time frame of this event. Our presenters are of the utmost caliber, and we hope our continuing education standards will be of great use as you move beyond this conference.
