Known for her hands-on approach and ability to navigate complex losses, Jules is passionate about building strong relationships and staying connected in an ever-evolving industry.

She has proudly served on the board of the Claims Conference of Northern California since 2021 and the East Bay Claims Association since 2018. Now serving as President of EBCA, Jules is excited to continue fostering collaboration, strengthening industry connections, and creating an inclusive, engaging environment where professionals can learn, network, and grow together.
