Zach Fisher may be relatively new to the claims industry, but in just two years he has made a meaningful and measurable impact. From the outset, he immersed himself in the profession, becoming actively involved in all three local claims associations. He served as Vice President of the Mid Valley Claims Association in 2025 and proudly stepped into the role of President in 2026, also while being on the board for the Sacramento Claims Association.

For the past two years, Zach has served as Sales Coordinator and Business Development representative at Bullseye Leak Detection, where his proactive approach and relationship driven mindset have proven to be a natural fit. His ability to connect with adjusters, restoration professionals, and industry partners has helped strengthen strategic partnerships and expand market presence.

Sales and relationship building have been part of Zach’s foundation from an early age. He began accompanying his father, a glassblower, to trade shows as a child. Learning firsthand the value of hard work, customer engagement, and authentic connection. Today, he combines that lifelong sales experience with strong IT proficiency, fresh industry perspective, and a genuine ability to build rapport across diverse audiences.
