I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from California State University of Stanislaus, which has supported my analytical and operational approach to the industry.

I am actively involved in the professional claims community, serving as a Board Member for both the Sacramento Claims Association and the East Bay Claims Association. I also serve as Secretary for the Claims Conference of Northern California, contributing to industry collaboration, education, and professional development.
